Artie Wilson

Artie Wilson was a Negro League star for the Birmingham Black Barons in the 1940's, capturing two NAL Batting Titles. He also got a chance to play in the Major Leagues, appearing in 19 games for the 1951 New York Giants, who overcame a 13.5 game deficit to take home the NL pennant.
